Purpose
Substantial coursework is offered in Anthropology at every community college in the CSUCI service area, so ANTH 102 and 103 are CAN courses. Anthropology offers a nexus of interdisciplinary training. All courses required for the minor meet General Education requirements. with several meeting Liberal Studies Teaching and Learning Option as well.
Background
The Minor in Anthropology provides students with an introduction to the four fields of anthropology cultural anthropology, bio-anthropology. archaeology, and linguistics.
